kumbh.one is an independent, informational guide to the Kumbh Mela — its origin legend, its four sacred sites, its schedule, its rituals, and practical guidance for pilgrims. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any government body, Mela administration, Akhara, or religious institution.

3. Content ownership

Unless otherwise noted, the text, design, and original graphics on this site are owned by kumbh.one and may not be reproduced, republished, or redistributed without permission. Factual information about the Kumbh Mela itself — dates, history, geography — is not owned by anyone and you're free to reference it; we simply ask that you don't copy our specific wording or layout wholesale.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying code; scrape or bulk-copy the site's content for republication; or interfere with the site's normal operation (for example, through automated bots that place excessive load on the server).

We take reasonable care to keep dates, facts, and figures accurate and clearly mark provisional information as such. However, Kumbh Mela bathing dates are set by astrological calculation and confirmed by the Akhara Parishad closer to each event — they can and do shift.
